She has had no hot flushes since on PM and a sharp tingle at first and now we think a little growth

Mine has been very fast , just under A now, 3 months,

The wife is drinking Fennel tea, is that a hinderance or a help ?

Fennel does not interfere with PM in my experience.

Agree, FN is for prolactin and progestins.

If your wife has a cycle, she could peak PM between period and ovulation, and FN between ovulation and PMT.
