I started taking herbal supplements in december 2009 and have had good results. I have done 3 sets of supplements for 3-6 weeks at a time. Definitely had some visible growth and, most importantly, feminine shape achieved. There has been growth of breast tissue, I can feel it in my breasts, and my nipples and areoles have grown. All over, my breasts have become more sensitive, especially when taking herbs. My nipples tingle and feel as if they are growing. I just started my 4th cycle and hope to develop a bit more shape and size.

Here is what I am currently taking , which seems to work for me.
Fenugreek 3x per day - 3 500mg
Saw palmetto 2x per day - 2 585mg
Red clover 2x per day - 350mg
Wild yam 2x per day - 220mg

I do gradually start with fen and sp, then add rc. This is the first time I have used wy, so I'll see if that adds anything.
