Now I know this may seem a little odd, but its a good method to have any herb enter your bloodstream,

I am using PM spray as well, which seems good on the breasts, but I applied some the other day to the sole of my feet,

Within seconds I could taste the bitterness as it rushed in, this happens with other topical creams and sprays also,

Instant tingle too Nipples,

Try it for yourself,

Also makes your feet sweeter and smoother,

yh thats a good idea similar to how you apply progesterone cream to areas with little fat and good blood supply with progesterone cream people get best results rotating areas applied to eg feet, hands, wrists, neck, inner elbows and knees i will try this thanks x
