Personally, I don't cycle HRT, and don't think its worth doing so, but I'm no expert on all this.

Lady C.

I don't think that there is a definitive answer to this.
Probably any of these schedules would work similarly.
Most people would likely say that cycling is not necessary.
However, I would encourage you to experiment and find what works for you.

To start, you could try a couple of variations on a 5/2 schedule.
Variation 1: 5 days of E, then 2 days of P.
Variation 2: 5 days of E&P, then two days off.

Try each of these for a couple of weeks.
At the end of the month, evaluate if one seemed better than the other.

Of course, you should take your AA, every day.

Thankyou Karen
I was undecided, but will be back on the RR next week when it arrives, I shall try cycling as you suggested, do you think 2 weeks trial is enough?
thanks

Hmmm, well, I don't really know.

You could try it for two weeks each and if there is no obvious difference, on the next round, you could try it one month each.
I would think that you would know something by then but these kinds of things are unpredictable.
