Switching to BO - Lucy48 - 28-12-2022
I am currently taking PM and red reishi rectally and am considering switching the PM for BO.
Before I do I have a few things I want to clear up.
- What are the effects for BO vs. PM?
- Can I take it rectally like with PM?
- I have heard that taking PM and BO together is a bad idea, how long should I wait between stopping PM and starting BO?
- I am having a hard time finding BO where I live (New Zealand) without buying from overseas. The only ones I can find are:
