Im New and i need some help - luca95c - 08-12-2022

Hi all!!! im Luca, i'm 26/27 years old male completely new to this world I discovered this topic(breast growth for male , htr and fht) recently , and today i discoverd this forum.
If possible I would like some advice on what  parts of the forum to look for breast growth for male for now ,at first I would like to try things that are non-invasive and non-dangerous if they exist but I'm open to any kind advice.
Sorry for the inconvenience but I really don't know where to start, If you have any kind of questions, please ask.

Most people start with low dosages of Pueraria mirifica, like 500 mg twice per day, and gradually up the dosage. Most supplement that with various herbs, MSM, and/ or progesterone cream. Regular massaging if the breasts increases blood flow and helps with growth. I regularly stimulate my nipples, which are highly erogenous, and that produces the hormone prolactin, which also stimulates growth. Growing breasts is a long, slow process, but you will find photos here documenting astonishing progress.

okay thanks im reading all the stuff , which all of you recommended , instead breast pump and massage alone can they have some effect or is it too minimal??,sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for the help
