I totally agree, the passion and knowledge is what stands out for me, I'd prefer to see someone who is passionate, and has the life skills,experience over someone with the qualifications and no pasion, ie: my ex GP, seeing another GP now because of the vibe. And of course their sensational breast's, wow very inspiring.
