for context i already seem to have a bit of breast and nipple sensivity, hence im very optimistic!

so i started massaging coconut oil onto my breast 2 days ago, twice a day and already feel that something is happening. the nipples feel slightly sore and theres a light aching and they get puffy from time to time. im curious where this will go.

ill be adding fenugreek and red rishi in the next days!
