Hi Folks, Genetic male, wanting to feminise. I've been reading a bit about Red Reishi and wondered what sort of dose would be nice and safe to start with?
I take a small amount of PM daily, and would just like to add in an Anti Androgen too.
I looked at these capsules on eBay, what do you think? Any good?

I would rather buy my supplements from Amazon or a health food store. I only buy supplements from a company that I recognize. There are some fakes out there. Some good brands are NOW, Nutricost and Swanson Vitamins. This is the brand of Reishi that I take. I take 2 capsules a day. One in the morning and one in the afternoon.

I would also add that there are many other anti andogens that you can take. Mint is one. You can get a supplement or drink a few cups of herbal mint tea. You can buy at your grocery store. I drink mint tea and take reishi.

swanson says 2 capsules a day but i was taking 3 and still getting erections through the night

Thank you for the link Allanon. I have always wondered if products sold as just plain 'reishi' were the same as 'red reishi.' My next purchase I may buy red reishi just to make sure.
Note to ILoveFakeNails, you may have to take reishi for a awhile. I also drink green tea and spearmint tea. Both reduce T.
