Hi! I'm new here.

Been taking 3000mg PM a little over a year. 

I live in women's cloths, but haven't yet gone out in a skirt. I have about half an A cup. Question: what is the effectiveness of paring back the PM by a third and adding Kudzu instead? I think Lotus wrote PM blocks E2 receptors, does that mean Kudzu won't have a chance to work? This site is fantastic, yet so big, I get lost. Blessings, Joanie
