So I recently started taking pm again with DIM and a DHT blocker and I have been getting headaches. Does anyone have any suggestions on why that might be the case? Should I just do PM and slowly work into other herbal supplements? How should I start off with taking supplements and understand what my body is tellling me? I’m reading all the forums that have been posted here and I don’t know where to start. Please someone help me!!
