Due to the feminine and masculine contents in the grave, researchers had two theories – two bodies, a man and a woman, were in the grave 

More recent DNA testing confirmed the grave only held one person... Klinefelter syndrome results when a male is born with an extra copy of the X chromosome. The syndrome sometimes results in males developing enlarged breasts
