Ok so Which PM its more effective? Cream or Capsules? Currently I Buy a Capsule on Ebay, Herbal Youth the 1 that have Fenugreek in the capsules.

I recently bought a 3 pack of capsules of TransEstrogen 3 - 1 M2F Phytoestrgen Breast Growth & Body Feminiser from    www.trans4me.co.uk.
I have used PM that l bought on Ebay, you could have a look there as well.
