Hi Alexis!
As you can tell we are a very quiet bunch lately.
Ever since Corona hit there is a lot less chatter.
So that you dont feel ignored let me give a two cent tour.

This is not a spoon feed kinda place. Meaning that there is no one method for growing breasts.
You might want to give serious consideration about what your going to do with breasts once you cannot hide then..ie  transition??

You will need to do a lot of research on your own, and I would start in the programs section.
Lotus is the gold star of all NBE knowledge, so if you find her comments or threads you have facts.

https://www.breastnexum.com/showthread.php?tid=25123
This one will give you a good idea of what we all are faced with to stop the boy and start the girl.
If you have a specific que throw it out and some one will help.

There are males staying male discussion that are always interesting.

When you do start take your measurements and take pcs, they will be vital as you progress and if you think you have stalled.

Dig in an have fun

Ok i'm not gonna lie, i genuinely thought i could be spoon-feed in this forum, my bad. That said i'm ready to make some research on my own, especially using the information in the past threads and especially Lotus posts.

I'm grateful for your two cent tour, it gave me an idea of how to move here, i'll probably take some measurements and pics as soon as i can so i can have some starting reference for the future! (gotta check how to do it though Big Grin" alt="Big Grin" title="Big Grin"> ).

Last thing: i didn't expect a deep answer like yours honestly, i realized i didn't think of the future, what i will do in case breasts get eventually bigger. The reason why i started was because i wanted to try Pueraria at least once after trying other supplements, but i never fully thought on what the possible body changes would mean to me if NBE would work for real. It's hard to explain, i feel confused in this subject because i never considered transition just a couple of "what if" but that's it. I see you also recommended the male staying male discussion, so yeah thank you again for your insight on the forum. Smile" alt="Smile" title="Smile">

Well thats a new one for me!
Usually when I ask new comers what they are gonna do with tits they cant hide.
They disappear, never to be heard of again.
So your at least thinking.
It will take a long time, and they will appear bigger to you than to anyone else.
Enjoy the ride and welcome again.
Dont lose hope.

RE: Hello Everyone! - PleasantlyFascinated - 03-12-2020

Several years ago now, I experienced a brief surge in, wow what if I had some little boobs of my own longings.  After a year or so of open-minded self exploration, I realized that the course that is right for me would not truly be facilitated by such an hormonal extravagance.  There are many other changes I'd prefer to see first.  Males-staying-male section is a good place to find alternative perspectives in mind set.

RE: Hello Everyone! - Shirazmn - 03-12-2020

Hi Alexis, and welcome.

I am a "male staying male" and I have been using PM for a few years now, mostly without any other herb to suppress T or enhance anything else.
I took it extremely slow with NBE because I have wife and a young kid and I have no intention to lose them or to scare them. I am happy as a man and a husband, but I have long been intrigued with the idea of changing my body to experience feelings that are usually women's domain (i.e. sensitive nipples, bouncing weight on my chest, pillowy butt ecc...). Two weeks ago I have been diagnosed with gynecomastia by mi doctor (about time...) so I now officially have "small boobs" because of my "hair regrowth pills", as my wife knows of PM. We agreed that I can keep taking them, and she understands that my boobs may grow a bit more, and I have to stop if/when the size of my boobs becomes ridiculous for a man. (AKA, not excusable as "moobs"). I am 41, a bit chubby, so some "moobs" can be expected, end even some naturally occurring gynecomastia, to be honest.
I have been a crossdresser for most of my life, and my wife knows it. It feels good to finally have something other than socks to fill my bras with Smile

Whatever you do, make sue to listen to your body and think of your family/social situation. You will NOT grow boobs overnight with herbs, and you'll see and feel the changes way before anyone can say or see anything. It takes about 3 months to see some sort of enlargement with PM.

RE: Hello Everyone! - Alexis P - 04-12-2020

I am very grateful for all your warm welcoming messages, thank you Smile" alt="Smile" title="Smile"> .

Even if my teen years are almost ended (i'll be 20 next month) i still feel  very confused and fragile with a weak personality, and never felt completely comfortable with my body, these things have impacted how i perceive myself and how i don't fit the typical "male role" as i should and as everyone expects.
During my teen years i looked to my school friends and started wondering how would a female body feel compared to a male one, or at least some feminine features like a softer and more curvy body, or yeah a chest with sensitive boobs (kinda similar to what Shirazmn described). That said, i know i am a male, i always lived as a male, and saying i am a woman inside wouldn't be honest. I think for being a female someone has to truly believe and feel it. On the contrary i don't even know if i am able to be man nor if i want it really. So if this NBE experience leads to new feelings and sensations then i want to try it, because yeah i feel like i should explore and maybe know myself more?

Anyway, thanks again for the welcome, for telling bits of your experience and for listening me, i do really appreciate you all a lot.  Blush" alt="Blush" title="Blush">

Hi Alexis!
I'm quite a bit older than you and grew up with the same feelings, but without the knowledge and support base we have now.
I would urge you to see a gender therapist and talk out your feelings.
You owe it to your self to sort this out while your young enough to make a mistake or two and still have lots of life to make changes/corrections.

For a starter, and this helped me immensely, http://www.hemingways.org/GIDinfo/sage/
The SAGE test will give you some insight too.

I apologize for the late reply, i have been a little busy and stressed. I took the SAGE test the other day and got pretty scared by the result, i tried to be honest and did it slow, but i guess some questions were kinda ambiguous and the result is way over what i expected. Can i post it? I'll remove it if is against rules.

I think this escalated quickly when it asked about "males growing breasts". Big Grin" alt="Big Grin" title="Big Grin">

In regards to seeing a gender therapist, i think that's a good idea but i'm really really scared about it. Not sure if i want first to understand more what is happening right now or if that would make me understand the whole thing better. I can't get more stress right now.. it's already a hard period and this would make things even more confused honestly.

and this is what scares me a lot, i already have diffcult relationship with my life and family and this wouldn't certainly help, especially because they aren't much the type of person to understand these kind of problems. I am secretly seeing a mental specialist for depression and anxiety problems, so idk if i can see a gender therapist in the immediate future.
Anyways, thank you again for the time and attention, i appreciate you <3

Nothing confusing about finding out who you really are <3 as helpful as strangers on the internet and self-expression (one could say a test drive of the other side) can be, a professional can answer a lot of those hard questions for you. There's inspo like a-miss-inside (tumblr) that I've followed some time, and starting with crossdressing, makeup, etc especially if you have a female friend you trust with this can be a huge help. It's what led me towards the development in the same timeframe that while I might be more andro/fluid in theory... in practice I prefer socializing and playing femme a majority of the time, its just surroundings and expectations that stopped me. just start answering "why are you wearing a GIRLS x" with.... "its MY x, isnt it?" even if you aren't fully femme you decide in the end. Ultimately...... its the kind of thing that saves stress in the long term imo.

You can also get pretty significant results and still detransition, I know at least 1 enby who's cycled both and getting all the distinct features of maleness and femininity.. our journeys are unique to us! However you choose to take it is just as valid, but if you're more questioning / curious there's no need to rush in without consulting a health/gender professional.
