I don't understand this at all. After noogling for and hour or two, I have rings underneath my breasts that are very tender. Why on earth would I put on a snug bra where the underwires would press on my sensitive spots. Please explain.
I've had slight reddish rings that fade away fairly quickly, but not "sensitive spots" as you describe. You may be overdoing the pressure or, perhaps, your skin is particularly sensitive. I have no problem with wearing a bra after pumping and do it to help retain the shape while the skin and flesh relaxes.
