Night Time Tea - happyboobs - 14-01-2020

So in addition to helping sleep which is job #1 to help hormones etc. I saw that the ingredients in this tea seem that they too may help with NBE. Any thoughts on this and it so what about a few cups a day?

I drink Spearmint & Green Tea daily for years. 
I find them sufficient for NBE. Lotus wrote 
about both in the Breast Growing Notes thread.
