Saw palmetto with selenium - Mester - 25-05-2019

Hey everyone.

Just picked up some 2000mg fenugreek and 3560mg saw palmetto with 150mg selenium. Is there anything I should worry with regarding the selenium?

My dosage will be 1 tablet of each per day.
