What is good dosage to get result? with PM - senstiveNipples - 03-10-2018

I understand that the effect varies by individual.
and the result will come out slowly.

but I want to know what is most effective dosage to get result fast and safely.

the point is : What is best dosage for PM?


1. 500mg a day (500mg total)
2. 500mg at morning and night (1000mg total)
3. 500x2 at morning and night (2000mg total)
3. 500mg at every 4 hours (3000mg total)
4. any other suggestions?

There is no way to get fast results. Genetic girls take 4o r 5 years to grow them during puberty and we can't realistically expect to do it any quicker, can we??

As for PM dosage, I'd say to slowly ramp up over at least a couple of months to 4 x500mg per day in two lots morning and evening, and expect to have to wait about 3 months for start of budding  - you may be one of the lucky ones and do it a bit quicker but don't bank on it.

When I was still relying on PM, not pharma, I got up to about 1500 mg per day.  Any more, and I started getting leg aches and cramps.  You have to remember, that real PM has at least 3 - 4 constituents in it..  I wish I could remember them all off the top of my head but I am sure you can do a Google search as well as anyone else.
