Seems great! Funny how the before and after models have totally different sized waists though...

True, but it could be that the perspective had changed due to enlargement of the hips.  Just like just being a simple cross dresser....  adding pads to one's hips can instantly give you a more of an hour glass figure, without using anything for the waist.
