Starting pm - Mark1977-2014 - 03-07-2018

Im starting on 250mg of pm and drinking green tea 2 cups a day im wondering if that is a to low dose for breast enlargement 
Any advice on this will be welcome

It will depend on the person ... 250mg is an ok starting dose, but your more than likely going to have to ramp up to 1500mg.

Red Reshei extract would also be a good addition to your program.

There are options, but to be honest you better waiting until you have actual breast growth before worrying about progestetone. Even on HRT they recommend waiting at least 12 months.

So i no how long ive got to start to tell people

It depends on what you mean by telling people. But it varies from person to person. Honestly, no one notices. I am on full HRT, i have a small B cup. I wear a padded sports bra for work, and no one says a damn thing. In other words, no one notices.
