Hi All!
My name is Nasi. I've been looking into alternatives to HRT for breast growth for a few years now. I've always been scared to get started, wanting to get good information on dosage and what supplements to take. Unfortunately it's hard to find real accounts from people that aren't associated with a company or not conflict of interest. So I'm glad to have found this forum!
I hope to learn a lot from all of you and appreciate all the help I can get. I want to stay safe and grow naturally.

There are many programs from Lotus, Julie and many many other's. Just browse through them and you will get an idea of what you may feel comfortable about starting..... Thatr's your homework assignment. I could tell you my way, Lotus, her way etc.... But it's best for you to look over all the information and decide on your course of action.

There is no magic potion and everyones plan is different.
And most important is that its a slow process, so dont give up, establish a baseline with measurements and pics, and you'll be able to see whats really happening.
Check out the programs folder for some good advice one what works and what doesn't.
