Hi, im 24 years old
I have been taking rc and sp on and off for about a year had some little growt (not that much) and now i am taking pm since a few days ago
My dosage:
Morning (between 8-10 am)
Pm: 600mg 
sp: 300mg

Afternoon between (1-3 pm)
Pm 600mg 
Sp is 300 mg

Evening (between 7-8 pm)
Pm 600mg
Sp 300mg

Do you think the dosage is ok? And how long did it take before you noticed some changes/budding on pm? Also hope to reduce t by taking enough pm .

Hi Sgnl,
That sound like a good plan for your NBE. Try if for a few days and see what your body tells you. If your ok with that I'd stay on your plan for at least a month. Add Calcium too, 1000mg per day will be fine.
