Apologies in advance, but searching the forums has left me confused.

I know liver health supports NBE (and overall health) and I have questions on milk thistle.

Should it be used as a supplement when taking PM and WP, or only during a break? Some folks seem to take it only for a cleanse, but the bottle indicates using it on a regular basis.

If anyone can shed some light, I'd really appreciate it!
