So Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Did you know that in addition to the protein from Turkey and all the other stuff we eat during the holidays, eggnog is one of the higher intake of protein @ 5g per half cup? As well as beingable to be absorbed quickly because it is liquid, it is usually fattening too, so if you can get all the fat to go to the boobs, its a delicious win-win..
