I stopped BO for a month and I definitely lose weight, after I restart BO, I feel immediatly hungary and never stop eating, Is that normal?

You might be craving more protein for growth. Maybe try a protein shake in the morning.

I've been on a break since tuesday, but my break actually made me hungrier after the first day(had headache and reduced appetite on day 1).
