Hi I am new 29 male I have taken PM in the past but havent been able to afford it for some time hoping I can stay on for awhile this time and find a regiment that works without burning through my stash. I started Monday I currently am taking....

1000mg pm morning
2400mg fg morning

1000mg pm night
2400mg fg night

Any help would be great

Welcome to the forum.

2,000 mg of pm sounds like a reasonable dosage I think. If money becomes tight for you I would suggest not buying anymore FG and just buy the pm. Or if you're buying pm in the capsule form, you could try buying the powder and filling your own capsules.

When I switched to PM, I stopped taking Fenugreek and Saw Palmetto, but started taking Black Cohosh.
