Hello everyone Smile
I've tried to use hypnosis but it looks like I don't have enough patience and I just fall asleep.
Now I'd like to try subliminals with nature sounds like ocean or forest etc.
Could you please reccomend where I can get such subliminals?
And is it true that they are less effective than hypnosis with actual words?

www.warpmymind.com has alot of free subliminals w/free membership premium membership is also free with submission of an approved story, uploaded file,etc the fact you are 'falling asleep" is perhaps you are actually going into trance, which some people fight hard to achieve

hee hee trust me its one of the "earmarks" of trancing feelin like you fell asleep... a very hard state for some folks to get to, even i have a hard time. i usually use several binurals overlapping as well as hypnosis file i want to work. i focus on the binural sounds and not the words of the hypnosis file

I'm new to hypnoosis but I'm really interested in this field as human imagination and subconsciousness can perform miracles. I'm going to read more literature on it and try to get all the benefit I can.
