Does taking something like PM or BO help when already taking estrace and spironolactone? What about supplements like MSM?

A few members take PM along with E and an AA, with no issue. Its very hard to tell if it helps or not since the effects of each are rather similar in nature.

BO functions on aromatase, which is the conversion of excess T into E...so no, it likely would not help much alongside a relatively strong AA like spiro.

MSM is just to provide your body with the precursors to produce collagen. It should be fine to take along with E and spiro.
