Timing of PM - GinaC - 06-04-2014

Having been off any supplements for over a month I'm about to start on a course of breast spray alone. When would be the best times of the day to achieve maximum effect / growth ? PMUK suggest twice daily for 4 days per week. Anyone there have experience of this spray without capsules, powder or cream ?
