vitamin B 12 in my PM - girlalex - 01-12-2013
There is a fair amount of vitamin B 12 in the PM that i'm taking and i was wondering if it may have been decreasing the effects of PM. supposedly B12 increases or builds up Testosterone. i thought it may have an effect.
