As Lenneth noted, individual results will vary. I think a ballpark figure to notice breast growth would be between 3-6 months.

Growth doesn't just happen in the breast, changes occur all over. There are several posts that give a pretty good list from subtle to HOLY CRAP.

All systems are affected, if you're just focusing on the twins, you may be missing the other subtle things that are also happening.
