I have a lot of fat on the top sides of my chest. The fat that you can push forward to make more cleavage. Is there a operation that would just kind of pull this part of my forward so it's always pushed up into boobs?

theres fat transfer surgery or you could try the bra chiyomilk used thats designed to move fat into breasts

I guess this is old, but fatty sides are often migrated breast tissue. Wearing the correct size bra and scooping the fat into the cups should get them to migrate back.
