Areola color change in relation to PM dosage - SarahSchilling - 18-07-2013

Just curious if anyone else has noticed this. During my break from everything, my areola got really light pink, after having started back now they are getting darker and darker as I increase the amount of PM I take, and now they are almost brown with dark rings around them....

Is this a sign of hormonal inbalance or growth? Or both? lol

Personally I don't know

But you can almost feel the pangs of palpable jealousy emanating from around the nexus group

Lol

Since running out and stretching my doses to last longet I have had extream darkening and rapid growth. So don't get concerned your areolas are about to start get bigger Smile you can see what I mean in my thread if you compare pics a couple weeks ago to the one I posted this morning. I got rings from hair falling out and turning into glands. New growth pink older growth dark in color.

Damn, I'm doing 15 drops of extract a day(equivalent to 3000mgs, I think)! They better grow lol...

Anyways, just seemed weird, because they've never gotten this dark before.

And trust me, I don't have anything to be jealous about breast wise! I'm jealous of everyone else on here lmao

Well i think i know why I am seeing changes in my 2nd week of PM.

I have noticed my nipples are puffing, getting darker, and very tender. After only one week and starting my second. Then I started to do some math and it turns out when I started I was doing 12 drops twice a day, I have ramped it up quickly to doing 36 drops twice a day since the recommended dosage for capsules is 500mg and they recommend 240mg of the liquid I can assume the extract is twice as strong as the capsule. So in essence me taking 2880 mg of extract would be roughly equal to or greater than 5760mg of the capsules daily. Not sure what I was thinking but the idea of starting slow which was my plan kinda got dropped quickly. I will be reducing my intake to 12-15 drops twice a day. That should make my supply last a little longer too. I must report that after my first week and being really high dosage no side effects for no headaches etc. Maybe extract is better for that?

Just getting ready to re-order ... I notice that some here are using the drops.. others the pills.

Any ideas or consensus as to which is better? Or would a combination of the two be a better method?
