Hey all,

Just thought I should post some useful research I've been doing lately to help
you along

I've found that for powerful herbal results a great mixture would include
one or more of the following
fennel ; fenugreek ; Vitex ;Blue Cohosh (safer than black cohosh)(same results);
Pueraria Mirifica ; Saw palmetto ; Damiana leaf ; and devil's Club
--Also some may experience great results using Anise in combination with the
above mentioned herbs, as I have discover some very decent phytoestrogenic properties in this spice surprisingly.

other useful ingredients

Buchu leaf ---- Chamomile ---- RED clover --- Wild yam
false unicorn --- Dong Quai --- thistle(milk) -- hops


avoid---uva ursi lemmongrass lemon verbena as these have no positive effect on your growth and likely take up space in your metabolism process


for non-herbals see below

BO/BB are probably your best bets but others include
EstroGlan (fairly reliable from what I researched)
(the other feminite and similar products may or may not work)
Estradoil Valerate (very good results little or no side effects)\
premarin
ginette 35
spironolactone
or of course full hormones
remember for M2F transistioning use all 4

estrogen -- progesterone -- PROLACTIN --- and some growth hormone


I realize I have repeated much of what is already been posted in this and other BrNXS forums but consider the additions that are contained herewithin
