Sammie you look gorgeous in your pictures. I saw you in your drab one time at SCC and with your hair I thought you looked great I think your going to have to get use to being ma'amed. Robin

Thanks, Robin! It is something I honestly did not expect, and I still have my doubts, but apparently the change is becoming more pronounced and you may end up being right. God...I so hope you are.

Sammie, I've seen you both ways, too. In guy mode, you appear androgynous. You have to expect to be gendered both ways.
I think it's important to know that you are a woman no matter how you present. The only question is can you afford to allow that truth to be seen. I'm reminded of the movie "Lawrence Anyways". Clearly, Lawrence was on the boundary between male and female presentation. The movie taught me that living at the margins can make life rather complicated. Your thoughts?
Hugs,
Clara

Well, Clara, its true you have seen me both ways, so I take you seriously. My wife also tells me regularly how much I have changed these last few years. Actually, living on the margins, as you put it, has a certain appeal to me. Ive never been comfortable living in middle America... and was never comfortable with Walmart, backyard barbeques, Eddie Bower and sitcoms, if you understand my meaning. So, if I cannot find a way to transition completely, an existance in a gray area like that will probably suit me fine. Once a gender outlaw always a gender outlaw eh? I always did have a touch of rocker biker chick about me. Lol
By the way...I finally hit on a halloween costume (love yours by the way! Should I start calling you Barbara Edon?)...tee hee...I am going for Gypsy Woman. Lol Wish me luck...
