Well. I have never used it. I looked at it when I first started this but the price put me off. I can't say if the stuff is any good or not but I don't think it would hurt to try it, if you are up to paying the price..

Yeah, I second what Moonstruck said. It sounds good but you can buy a whole lot of herbs and make your own formula, And in most cases you only need a few really herbs to get some results. My personal oppinion is: you don't need all that stuff when you can do it with less. Red clover,Peuaria mirifica and licorice root are very high in estrogenic properties and a good antiandrogen like Saw palmetto,pumpkin seeds and Pygeum are all good choices, in combination or all of them together. A good multi-vitamin/mineral is also wise. You can buy all of these items for less and you get alot more.

No,I don,t have my program posted and the reason is, that it's a very simple program.
I take 3x 500mgs of PM & 2x 160mgs of SP pure extract and a multi B vitamin daily. I also try to drink a cup or two of stinging nettle tea daily. It's been six full months now and I've made some little changes to the program.
I've had some results but not as much as I hoped for. Now starting the 7th month, I might have to make some adjustments again.
I do watch my diet and make sure I get a good supply of protein in me, often drinking a shake.
Massages? Well,I try to be faithful in doing them, but at times I get a little lazy and lately (being self employed) I've been very busy with work and some things around the house needed some TLC. So by the end of the day I get pretty tired. I massage using Wild Yam cream 7% Which smells rather not so pleasent! Well, that's about it. If I make any major changes or try something completely different, I will keep you fine folks informed.

I forgot to mention that I also take 1x500mgs of Evening Primrose oil daily ( which is a Estrogen promoter) with my other herbs.
