The subject says it all.

I've become very interested in Saw Palmetto, Fenugreek, and wild yam.
If I were to take these would i need to use a anti androgen as well?

I'm interested in growing my butt too. Do any of these various breast methods help with that as a added happiness?

If you are transexual, do yourself a favour and take PM; it is the most powerfull phyto oestrogen and truly works. As I started, age 60, my need for an antiandrogen was low; I would try PM for a couple of months and review the need for an antiandrogen then.
