I've noticed that during cold days my entire chest is smaller than when its hot. on a really hot day it seems like my nipples and the whole thing together comes out all the way which allows me to see the whole result from all the herbs i took. so far however all that changed was my nipples. how they look and how they feel is all different now. does anyone else' has that happen to them?
That's normal. I'm assuming your nipples are puffy? That's the result of mild gynomastia (female breast growth in males). All it means is that you have some gland growth behind your nipples which pushes them out a bit. Changing in size in heat or cold is par for the course.

Just out of my own personal curiosity how long did you use PM?
I have to agree that the weather does affect the breast.
I wasdown in Florida over the weekend and the sun really did help with both the nipple size and the overall appearance on my breasts(what little I have).
I have been on an herb routine for about two months and the change has not been dramatic but what little has come looked larger in the warm Florida sun.
I have been using a Chi massage and do feel that immediately after it do feel like I might be growing some.
It's not so much the breast as the whole body. Fingers and toes go through the same thing- smaller in cold, larger in heat.

Basically it's the body (well, skin and all that) expanding outward to cool itself off in heat, and contracting inward to stay warm. I'm female but the same thing happens to me.

Of course, heat and sun are preferable to cold Smile
I've taken a total of 120 capsules of PM over the course of about 3 months.
It was the Solgar PM. the very first time i took 2 at once my entire chest felt funny literally. i can't even explain. later the second month or so i started having mood swings and small things irritated me.
and yes my nipples are puffy. a little bit.
