Hi

I'm new here and have recently started NBE. i am a 20 year old male and i have started taking Saw Palmetto, Red Clover and Fenugreek. I am unsure of how much i should be taking a day. currently i am taking 3 capsule's of each a day, spaced out over the day.

Also if anyone could tell me how long it takes to see results (from your own experience) that would be great.

Thanks
Josh

Hi Josh,

I think it also depends on the brand of the pills. I use saw palmetto 4 times a day. The box mentions to use it two times per day. Also hops, the box mentions 2 times a day but I use it twice a day and in between I take hop from a bag for brewers.
i never took red clover, but did take fenugreek and sp a few times, used the 610 capsules of FG and unsure what the SP was Natural Valley brand though.
Anyways... i saw results in about a week or so, just the feeling of fullness. But after I quit after about 2 months it went away. I'm assuming its a powerful mix, but it is more of a fat redistribution i didnt get permanent growth, then again i only used it for a few months....
This stuff takes time fullness usually comes first from waht i read and seen in myself, shape and protrusion will come later. Basically body builds a foundation for the tissue and growth then the grwoth and such occurs.
I'm 26 its nice to see someone in the 20s in here.
