I am currently taking PM capsules every day and have definitely seen an improvement in my breasts and nipples! I've been reading on here about the 100% powder that can be purchased, which people seem to stand by, so I am curious about whether I should change over to that, or even take both the powder and capsule each day.
I am also curious about other capsules I have seen online that advertise feminizing the buttocks and hips, as well as those that are for sex change. Are these just PM capsules as well or something different?
Should I consider cremes as well?
I don't intend in changing my status from male to female, but I would definitely prefer to have a much more feminine look underneath my clothes, while at the same time still being able to have an erection at the most appropriate moments.
I see that you are in Australia. I have no idea what products are available to you in Australia.
In the USA, I would say Ainterol or Barlowe's Herbals.
OTOH, if you are getting results with what you have been using, why change?

You may want to put that in the title of your posts because the same products are not equally as available on all continents.
Many of us are from the USA and UK.
I have no idea what products are available in Australia.
Many of the products use similar ingredients or combinations of ingredients; PM, Fenugreek, Fennel, etc.
You only need one good phyto-estrogen and it sounds like the one that you have is working for you.
However, out of curiosity, what is the name of the product (we like to keep tabs on such things)?
What is your dose and frequency, and how long have you been using this product?
If it is working for you, why do you want to change it?
If you are not taking an anti-androgen, it would probably be a good idea to start (most likely).
If you don't know about AA's, then you need to do more reading on the forum.
AA's suppress your male testosterone to allow the phyto-estrogen to dominate.
Later, after breast budding, you will want to add progesterone cream to your regimen.
You do not need more than these three things to grow your boobs.
You can use a butt cream that contains Volufiline to help with that. [Glute Boost] or check ingredient of others.
Try to get recommendations for Brand Name, effective products. There are just too many fakes out there. Do not waste your money.

I am taking two per day with no side effects but I am thinking maybe I should cut back to one to be on the safe side, especially as I'm also taking Finasteride and Duodart for an enlarged prostate which I have.
I read about both
Ainterol and Barlowe's on here earlier this week and plan to order Ainterol online when my current PM bottle is closer to running out, as I can purchase that online (though it is not so easy to find Barlow's). I also looked for the Ainterol spray (which I've also seen spoken of on the forum) but it also seems difficult to get to Australia, and so I ordered an Ainterol creme instead.
With some of the other products I have seen mentioned that are available to purchase online, such as butt and sex-change capsules, I was only curious as to whether they are all just another brand of PM marketed under another name to make people purchase more, or if they actually do something different?

As an additional edit to my post, I have just read online that Finasteride (which I am on) is an anti-androgen, yet there are also reports that it affects certain male hormones, such as erections.
