are there regions where i could get into trouble if i vring my PM pills to holidays there?

for example i ll travel to Egypt. but i d like to not interrupt my feminization for the 2 weeks

i havent found info if having PM on me is a problem.

PM is food supplements, not medicines or drugs.
Bringing a bottle of caps with you won't get you noticed. Just put them in your hand luggage and show them the bottle if they ever stop you. (They won't)
Should they stop you and ask you in broken English what does are for, point at your hair (or lack of them) and say it's for the scalp. Basic English should be enough to explain what's needed. The same is valid for Egypt.

I put a bottle in my checked baggage, amongst other standard medicines.
And a few capsules with me for the trip.
No problem either way.
