I had similar ones. 
I am not on NBE or HRT so my fat distribution is.. of male. Yucks. 
But yes, it can help you to move a bit, or tighten your waist. 

Kinda like waist trainer. 

But I doubt the proportion of the model's body is real.

I’m thinking about getting one, and this one appealed to me. I wasn’t sure if this photo was airbrushed or not.
