Just wanted to say hello to everyone here. I've been reading for a while and have just started my journey. I'm taking things slowly, my main aim is to soften the horrid masculine edges and see how my life fits before talking to GPs regarding full HRT.

I have to be a little pragmatic as I'm a big bald guy in real life so there is only so much herbs and full hormone treatment will give me. Looking to feel happier in myself at the very least. I'm hoping to get some simple results; softer skin, potential reduction in body hair and fat redistribution. Breast developemnt would be fantastic but I want to take things slowly to adapt to the new routine. I've been on this for a few days with no adverse effects so hopefully I will start to see some changes soon.

Any tips or advice from folks who have travelled this road would be most welcome.

Daily regimen of the following
Saw Palmetto     2 capsules delivering 900mg
Liorice Root        1 capsule delivering 420mg
Fenugreek          3 capsules delivering 1830mg
Pueraria Mirifica  1 capsule delivering 500mg

Most of the suppliments are from Holland and Barret in the UK, The PM supply came from https://www.pueraria.co.uk/

Your regieme looks OK for starters, maybe start with some lower concentrations and let your body slowly get used to the natural hormones. Or listen to your body for headaches, tiredness, blood pressure swings , diarrhoea etc and adjust accordingly. Its a bit of an experiment at first as to what works best for you and even girls dont grow breasts overnight so its a long slow process.

Thanks for your response. Lovely name too  Smile  I've been on this dose for a few days now, noticed a little fuzzy head on the second day but haven't felt any other effects since then. Which do you recommend reducing? Dropping the amount of Saw Palmetto or Fenugreek will be easy as I can take fewer capsules, the others a little more tricky as it will mean breaking the caps and emptying out some of the content. I also read about taking breaks for a week every so often to let the body reset.

Slow progress is absolutely fine for me, I'm happy to see small changes over months and years. Once I'm happier in myself I will reevaluate talking to my GP to see about official help with this.

I was very impressed with your progression, that may be a little to far for me right now but it's lovely to see how happy it has made you!

Hi Chloe xxx
thanks for your lovely message ! xxxx
Sounds like you have had the minimal reactions to your high dosages. As to which one you reduce just try each one in turn until you can isolate which one gives you the fuzzy head then reduce its osage a little. You can then increase it once agains once your body has got used to all its new supplements.
all my love
