So I am 51 I’ve always wanted to grow breast and now starting the journey.

I’m not sure which way to go, if I should do PM or FG or HRT.

I don’t need to worry about having any kids because I already had that taken care of, but I would like to be able to keep erections and not lose any of that.

My goal is breast development to a A or B cup.
I would not mind a little of the feminization affects, but not enough to change me where people would notice by looking at me.

Softer skin yes a bigger, but yes, more weight. Obviously I will welcome all of that.

Here’s my picture, I know a lot of guys have extra weight so it’s easier for them, but my question is because I’m so thin, would I be able to grow breast as well?

What would the recommendations from the community be? Would it be p.m. FG or HRT?

Thank you.

I promise I will keep a daily log as far as what I’m taking and I will upload pictures regularly.

Welcome to the forum and good luck on your quest for breasts! One thing I’d recommend is reading the Breast Growing Notes & Project-X threads. Be advised, this is a very long process to grow breasts. It takes several years or more.

One thing to consider, is NBE/HRT is not an ala carte ordering system. Feminization just doesn’t target boobs, but your whole body. Fat shifting is a major part of this process. You’ll likely gain feminine hips, thighs, ass, etc. You’ll probably get the pelvic tilt, too. You might lose two inches in height, and maybe two shoe sizes too.

You’ll probably experience the dreaded purge, too. (Most of us did). This is when you start taking PM and when the chemical changes happen in your brain, you say to yourself, WTF I doing?!!, and throw everything away. A few months later you start craving it again, and you place another big order to replace the herbs you threw away. This can be an expensive situation. I went through it three times.

Since you asked what is better, PM or E2, my take is HRT us better. Personally, I was on NBE Herbs for 4.5 years before I switched to HRT. I’m fast approaching my three year anniversary of being on HRT and I love it. PM is great, E2 is divine.

While I’m on a couple of pharma meds, I’m also still taking a lot of supplemental herbs. Since you’re 51, it was once said to me by this time in our lives, Testosterone has had plenty of time to lock in our male bone structure features, so you might not see a lot of facial feminization. In my case at age 60, this is something I somewhat appreciate. Fat shifting will soften your facial features though.

But, you can’t get the boobs without the butt, and your natural waistline will change. So, be advised this isn’t a quick fad, but a major life change. Personally, I still present as male and I have no plans on fully transitioning. I am at the point however of getting double takes and people stare at mychest all the time. It’s all in how you present yourself.

But, you’ve got years to figure all this out. PM is great, E2 is more better. You’ll probably get several different answers from members here. This is just my opinion.

By the way, what kind of dog do you have?

Not sure what that was, I think it's some kind of ad when I uploaded the image online.   But I have a Cane Corso.

So I do have a video appt today to talk to a DR about getting HRT.  Here is the questions they sent me.   I guess my biggest is can you still get erections and whats all this talk about feeling better on E?   People say mentally they feel much better on it?   So does this mean for 51 years I could have been feeling much better haha.

  • What physical changes, if any, feel affirming to you?

  • If you want to take estradiol (estrogen), how do you want to take your medication? A tablet you take daily, an injection you take every 1-2 weeks, or a patch you change once or twice weekly?

  • Do you want to start at a typical starting dose, or perhaps a lower dose?

  • Do you want to take a T blocker? If yes, do you have one in mind?

  • Do you have any other questions?

Hello Mindhak,

To answer your question about people feeling better on HRT, I would say that's certainly a possibility. In my case, I feel like I can experience a far greater range of emotions on estradiol than I ever could on testosterone. However, this comes with the catch that while my happier moments are a welcomed change, there's also the struggle of learning to deal with the more intense despairing emotions. I can't simply just "compartmentalize" or otherwise shut off my emotions like I could pre-HRT. Also, I'm much more emotionally expressive (even when it might be inconvenient) around others. I can smile now without needing an obvious reason to smile, and I blush far easier than before. Everyone's different though, and I'm sure some may not experience such a dramatic shift in their emotions and mindset.

Lastly, it takes time time for HRT to work, especially when you're in the initial stage of trying to find the form and dosage of HRT that works for you. If you do go on HRT, I highly recommend you get your levels checked on a routine basis, so your doctor and you can monitor your progress.
Thank you all, that helps a ton.
So far I have had some growth and still have good sexual function.   I think the key is to take frequent breaks when you first start to notice things not working as well.   I also have sex daily to help keep things big and strong down there.   I am also a big fan of using topical application of herbs, directly on my chest and nipples along with low dosages orally.   Another thing is I go very easy on anti-androgen and mainly use Saw Palmetto to lower DHT.

My original goal was bigger / more sensitive nipples, but now that I have some breast growth I also want to keep them growing.   For me, any loss in sexual function is a 'full stop' to taking herbs and waiting until things are back to working properly again.  You have to set your priorities and stick to it.
