Help Please
This is what I am taking instead of PM & RR, I am concerned that I do not know what the ratios are of each capsule, though the comapny say they are safe I am not sure, do you think I should stick with PM & RR, we all know what each capsule is made up of and the ratios.
Perhaps the folks who are into the chemistry side of this forum will know the answer.

Got these from Transformation Shop UK, link as follows, it is a transgender shop, I was sent here by a doctor, to be honest I think there are some questions that I cannot get answers, have a look and form your own opinion, I have gone back to PM & RR if that means anything.

Hope everyone has recoved from the Xmas festives, me personally I do not do christmas, wont bore you but it stems from my childhood, but those that do hope you had a great time.
So spent ages reading post's and went round in circles so I thought ok ask, may be covered elsewhere but my eyes were getting sore.
Many good people on here take various items and HRT to get breast's and if I was to take everything you take it would more than likely kill me, (not good) so my question is two fold.
Can members please add the brand and where they bought the items as some countries do not supply but it could be shipped to us, also I read folk taking HRT & AA where can I get those items again what brands.
I hav espoken to many people here in the UK and they will not help because I am not as yet transgendering so they will not supply me with meds, hence the self medication route.

I am against self-medication, otherwise I would have already bought some.
In addition, I hope to improve my treatment soon.
I consulted the HRT café site or whatever name it had, either the payment method did not suit me or it did not deliver in France or you had to have a prescription.
Take your time rest and we start again in 2023.
Start with 500mg for 3-4 weeks, then 1000mg (2 x 500mg) for 3-4 weeks, then 1500mg (3 x 500mg) for 3-4 weeks.
The idea is to take it slow and listen to your body as always.
Then add Red Reishi as AA.
And be patient. What I am no longer lol.
Later we can add the helpers.

Gabrielle, just a quick response to your question, I do not like taking anything that I do not know the ratio of each item, is it too much or not enough, when I questioned them they were very evasive, also the cost's are over the top.
Googled the company and I cannot see much in the way of reviews apart from 5 star ones, no offence no company has that type of rating.
On another forum, some folk have used them and say they do not work, anyway that is my decision not to use them again.
Going to do what Jennifer suggestes and start again, I may have been too manly and my system needs to adjust to it, that said my T was low but my Oestrogen (Oestrodoil) levels were mid table.
T = 9.44 OE = 95, as I posted earlier and the response was I need to get my Oestrodoil level down, again what I was taking was probably not enough

I wonder how do you know your t levels, if you are self-medicating? Many people who are not under some medical supervision would be in the same situation. I wonder how you went about it?
