Hello,

First of all I want to introduce myself.
I come from Germany and I am 31. Please be patient with my bad English.

Ehm i am on pm cream for about an half year and had some small progress. I want to add progesteron cream and I hope that my growth will go a bit further.

My question..
I tried to find any plan how to use both creams in addition but I can't find one.
Hope someone can help me and tell me on what I have to watch.

Thx a lot

I've just started using the PM Cream too. So far I'd say a lot of my shape has came back and we will see if I can gain any new tissue with it. The good thing about the cream is very few of the negatives.
Here's what I have read about topical progesterone and estradiol creams, some are contradictory, some make sense...

1. Rotate application sites to maximize uptake into the system.

2. No NOT apply to breasts directly.

3. Apply to the wrists, and thighs only.

4. Apply directly to breasts.

OK, so to me erring on the side of caution, #1, 2 and 3 make sense, on #4 somebody had cause for concern and I never applied anything there.

I have noted my left boob is smaller than the right, and I HAVE applied a mild PM cream to it. It "seems" to be leveling out the disparity in sizes.
It was pointed out by Lotus a while back that areolas actually do have progesterone receptors present... Which means that PG cream can be quite effective applied directly. I've done it, I'm doing it right now first time in ages and I think my results speak for themselves, just take a look at my avatar.

It would make sense to make the cream active on boobs to apply it right there as creams never carry massive doses anyway. Applying elsewhere means its full body effect and likely not as potent I would think? Not the same way like boofed or oral PG would be.

I've got 200 mg/pump Progesterone cream from Otokonoko Pharmacy, and I use one pump daily applied to both my breasts, concentrating on the nipple/areola area (not just applying to the nipple/areola area as it takes too long to rub in).

At night I use a heavy application of Royal Jelly on just nipples/areolas and cover them with bandaids to keep the jelly from rubbing off.
