Hello everyone,
If I was to start taking a Reishi capsule (750mg) daily would it have any feminisation effect? I plan on taking an AA for 1 month before starting PM. Also could a spearmint capsule (500mg) be taken daily along the Reishi so that way the spearmint could reduce my free T & the Reishi reduce my DHT? Or would taking the two somehow conflict with each other?

The RR will reduce your ability to get an erection. depending on your age it could happen quickly.
But one you stop it will return.
Spearmint tea will not hinder your progress. its a good safe addition to your routine. and enjoyable as well.

I am not taking Red Reishi but just regular Reishi mushroom capsules, you would recommend that I switch to RR instead? I'm 29 and I live in the UK

They are the same thing, some liable it as red reishi some just reishi, so won't need to do anything there
