Hello Guys,

I am a cross dresser and as much as wearing forms is nice, I would like to develop my own boobs.

I have talked this over with my wife and let her know I have always in the back of my mind wanted a set of boobs and she is on board! She would like something less noticeable for now but I can go bigger in the future.

My question is what would be the best supplements to take that show good results but am also concerned with the possible health and functional side affects.

I would like to have full normal function of my man parts as I do not want to jeopardize my sex life with my wife. I am 6'5 and weigh 207 lbs, I have some small ones from fat but would like them bigger.

I've seen supplements like Natural curves, Natureday and Pueraria Mirifica, are these any good? And do they affect male parts?

I'm turning 30 soon and  I would like to start something small, a nice B cup would be nice. Maybe later in life in my 40s exploring bigger via fat distribution or some other form.

Appreciate any advice. Thanks

What a beautiful start with your wife you have here. It's amazing.

I have a question. Are you only going for boobs for now or are you eyeing for a feminine body as well?

Im not sure, feminine body characteristics would be ok too, slower hair growth would be nice.

You do not seem to be an anxious person to me so I'm going to point you to this post in particular. I'm surely not far into my own fem body program but I certainly have countless hours of reading so I believe starting with being properly supplemented with Calcium, Vit D3 and C then go incrementally with PM from there is a good start. If you're concerned about the package in the short term because you're on duty with your wife, I suggest you to not rush into getting Reishi or any other anti androgens (DHT inhibitors) into your plan and being mindful for the possible nocebo effect many suffer.

That's what I would love to hear if I was in your shoes with a woman I love so I hope that helps you to start. I'm sure others are going to chip in so...

Good luck! Big Grin

Thank you so much Smile" alt="Smile" title="Smile"> , I'm no hurry but I've explained it to her that this is truly something I want to have in my lifetime. Weather I take it slow and then go all out in 10 years who know. But its nice to be pointed in the right direction on how to start since there are so many things out there.

You just starting out and I suggest you do a lot of reading of the great info on this site.  The question you ask is a common one, but, like most new people, they have not read the info here.  It took me about 3 months of reading stuff (not every day) a few hours a week before I felt comfortable with how to approach NBE.  I am not trying to discourage you, just IMO, you need to do your homework.  Once you get a good feel for what this NBE is all about, you can ask specific questions.  There is great introductory info from Lotus that is base "science" about the different herbs.  He has also summarized the process very clearly.  Not everyone responds to the different herbs and herb combinations and that is why you will find different NBE programs. Good luck..

I plan to do some reading but it is alot to take at once since there are so many options. I take it NBE stands for Natural Brest enlargement?

My main thing is wanting to know if it can be done without messing with male functions or is it a thing where you will have to give some of that up if you really want boobs?

There is a special topic called Males Staying Male... check it out, that subject is one of their objectives.

I use FG and it is a slow process compared to PM, but only a mild impact on male functioning.  Viagra helps and can counter-act the effects of FG for me.  The topic is complex and the "Staying Male" threads can help you figure out what works for you.  I stopped FG for 2 months and all functions returned. Everyone reacts differently.

I've been talking with my wife lately and have opened up to her on some thoughts I have been having.

I told here about my feelings when I'm dressed as a woman, and how it feels so right, and I feel happy with the way I'm presented. To my surprise she is on board!

This goes on to the next step. At this point I would love to find a safe effective way to develop breasts without messing with male functions as we are both 29 and still would like to have the ability of having kids. Maybe in a few years I can explore other means, since she is not to concerned with my male functions working all the time as I satisfy her by many other means.

I was looking into natureday and one of the ingredients, is FG.

How has your progress on growth been going on FG? Is it doing anything noticeable?
