Breast Growth For Genetic Males

I have red multiple times, that some of you use, spearmint as an anti-androgen. Does this only work in capsules or could I just drink the tea.

If tea works just fine, how much tea would I need to drink for it to show any effect?

Just realized... did you mean the measurement unit one cup? Would be around 250ml I think. (Where I live we use the metric system. )
