Ocean City’s ban on bare-chested women at the beach upheld by judge
U.S. District Judge upheld the town’s ordinance as constitutional even though it applies to women but not to men.
“The Court finds that protecting the public sensibilities from the public display of areas of the body traditionally viewed as erogenous zones — including female, but not male, breasts — is an important government objective,”
They clearly haven't seen mine or some of yours!
